The December of 1999 saw both the founders Arijeet and Chetan at a loss when the agency they were working for suddenly packed up, leaving the two jobless. The duo were faced with the option of going for the usual and finding another job or throwing caution to the winds and starting something new. Thus began Bhasha.
And thus began a long and arduous journey building a business that could be profitable and self sustaining by delivering value to brands across the industry.

Starting out with sales in 1994 Chetan moved over to advertising within a couple of years. Before Bhasha he worked with a few obscure, small time agencies that he credits for one of his lifes most crucial learning: What not to do to grow the business?
With almost 20 yrs of advertising experience he is well versed with all aspects of the business and has worked on a diverse range of brands like Ranbaxy, Wartsila Diesel, Schneider Electric, Hughes Escorts, Airtel, Living Media, Seagate, Kirloskar, Fujifilm, Konica Minolta, Federal Mogul, Norton Antivirus and Eaton among others.
He likes reading fiction and is a big fan of PG Wodehouse, Bill Watterson, Justine Henin and Dhoni.

Arijeet, has both; an enviable faculty to rightly assess his audience and a passion for the written word. Blessed with a good head for numbers, Arun has been with Bhasha for over a decade. Starting his career in Client Servicing, his keen faculty for data analysis saw him steadily gravitate towards media planning and buying where he found his forte.
